1. Membership & Access
By subscribing to Sikksounds through MemberPress, you agree to the following terms regarding content access and membership management:

1.1 Monthly Membership ($40/month)

  • Your subscription grants access to the current month’s content only.
  • Access to previous content is not included.
  • Content restrictions are updated monthly, ensuring only the latest content is available.

1.2 Annual Membership ($500/year)

  • Grants access to all past and current content for the duration of the subscription.
  • Users upgrading from the Monthly Plan must manually pay the remaining balance ($500 minus any previously paid amounts).
  • Partial or prorated payments for upgrades are not supported by MemberPress.

2. Cancellations & Loss of Access

  • Upon cancellation or expiration of any membership, access to all past content is immediately revoked.
  • Users cannot download any previously accessible content unless they re-subscribe or purchase it individually.
  • Monthly subscribers who cancel will need to pay full price for any past content they wish to access.

3. Re-Subscription & Upgrades

  • Users can re-subscribe to the Monthly Plan ($40/month) to regain access to new content only.
  • To restore access to all past and current content, users must subscribe to the Annual Plan ($500/year).
  • All past content is restricted to Annual Plan members only, per MemberPress rules.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

  • Payments are non-refundable.
  • Upgrades to the Annual Plan require manual payment adjustments through customer support.
  • No credits or refunds are provided for unused membership time upon cancellation.

5. Notifications & Reminders

  • Sikksounds may send email reminders to canceled subscribers regarding their loss of access and available upgrade options.
  • Example: “Re-subscribe to the Annual Plan for full access to all content.”

6. Changes to Terms
Sikksounds reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
